KLBE Club Radio 100.7 FM is a non-profit, 100 watt alternative Christian radio station located in Bismarck, ND.
Club Radio’s mission is to connect students to Jesus Christ and then to the Church
The three main purposes of KLBE are:

- To expose the youth of the community to positive, non-destructive alternative Christian music that will bring hope to their lives.
- To serve as a platform to develop leadership skills in our future community leaders, teaching students to serve and use their gifts for God.
- To create community involvement in local events, activities, student ministries, and anything that will connect students to the local church.
Values
- The youth of our community have to deal with so many hard issues. We believe that each one of our youth has the ability to do great things with their lives. We are here to help encourage and love them with the love of Jesus.
- We want to connect the youth of this community to churches and other positive organizations. There are great people in this city who are here to reach out to our youth; we want to be that connection.
- We want to provide students an opportunity to volunteer, be involved in leadership, gain technical knowledge, express themselves creatively, and have a fun and safe station to listen to.
- We believe that the music we play has a different sound and is high in quality and talent.
- We want to be positive on air and will not criticize any band, group, or person.
- We are operated entirely by youth and young adult volunteers.
- We want to support and promote any area event, church youth group, community program as long as it falls within our mission.
